Here, I worked with com arts students by assisting them on their projects. I helped by showing them how to use hardware and software in the lab. I also made sure that the radio station was running properly at all times. In my free time, I perfected my knowledge of the equipment so as to better instruct others. I was also in charge of enforcing lab rules, and keeping the lab tidy. When I had the last shift of the day, I shut down all the computers and hardware, and locked up for the night.

For this job, I shot b-roll (game highlights) for outdoor sports, worked as PA or Sound Engineer at indoor games, shot coach interviews, and edited and produce the monthly Baron Center show. We had business meetings every one to two weeks.

I worked at the only licensed organic farm in all of Prince William County Virginia. Over that summer, I learned a lot about organic farming, and the lifestyle of a farmer. I learned how to water plants with the watering tape, run the water pump, drive tractors, bale hay, picking squash, pick zucchini, harvest tomatoes, trim Christmas trees, clean out old plants, plant tomatoes, stake tomatoes, string tomatoes, plant asparagus, plant pumpkins, pick tomatoes, sort tomatoes, pick green beans, pick cucumbers, mulch potatoes, proper soil fertilizing, field cleaning, Christmas tree cleaning, and more.
