Led a company-wide project to create from the ground up, and obtain approval for, an AS9100 compliant quality system. Managed in-house test laboratory and developed test regimens for products. Applied for, and was granted FAA PMA for products. Led capital investment projects for manufacturing and test equipment. Represented company in standards committees in the United States and Canada.
