I am a senior associate in Farrer & Co's property department. I specialise in rural and agricultural property.I provide practical and commercial advice to a range of private and institutional landowners on matters relating to the management of their rural property holdings. My practice includes dealing with sales and acquisitions, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters.I specialise in matters with a rural context but have extensive experience of agricultural, commercial and residential transactions. I have wide experience of dealing with agricultural tenancies (both Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies) and in dealing with commercial lettings (including complex lease re-organisations) and have advised on a variety of landlord and tenant issues.
