I am honored to serve as the Executive Director of East Central Educational Service Center, supporting 14 counties, 39 member districts, and over 150 schools. There are amazing things happening for kids in East Central Indiana, and our team at ECESC is grateful to support this work.I proudly served Noblesville Schools for over 27 years in a variety of middle school and elementary roles, including principal, assistant principal, teacher, and counselor. While serving as a building principal for 17 years, I developed a strong record of collaborative leadership and relationship building throughout the community, with a passion for mentoring administrative peers and future leaders. I earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Taylor University (1995) and a master’s degree in School Counseling from Butler University (2001). In 2006, I completed the principal licensure program at Indiana Wesleyan and then earned my MBA in Education Leadership from the University of Indianapolis in 2016. I am also a 2020 graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy.
