I am currently employed with well known Irish retailer SuperValu. I have been with the same store this past 11 years. In my time I have been trained and successfully learned all aspects of management in a busy fast paced retail environment. I'm currently managing all fresh food departments which are the most challenging in any store. I'm highly motivated in achieving all targets in terms of sales, waste, margin. I thrive on the daily challenges I'm faced with in my role and take great enjoyment in coming up with new ways and ideas to meet my targets.
