As Director of Community, my number one goal will always be to take care of our Membership base in a timely manner, as well as other responsibilities that provide our Community with the content and service expected from the Institute including: - Customer Service: Handling all questions and concerns of our members and making sure that they feel supported while using our services. - Editorial: Reviewing any content that is created for the company and providing feedback. Also monitoring our in house discussion board and acting as a moderator to keep members connected. - Website Updates: Ensure that our community is always up-to-date on the latest happenings by making sure the most recent and relevant information is being displayed. - Connective Tissue: With this being a start up and having a small team there is always a need for eyes and ears underpinning operations across the business and that is where I come in to ensure that the little things are being done.
