Supported NOAA Ocean, Office of Coast Survey (OCS) and NOAA Fisheries, Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office (GARFO). Select roles include:- Leading team of 12 developers, data analysts, help desk, and data architects for IT Support and new tech development. Serve as intermediary with NOAA Contract office, and executed 6 tasks.- Oversaw creation of OCS Product Management. Responsible for creating detailed profiles of all NOAA nautical products and services, the processes that support those products, and profiles of the customer segments that use each product. Led to more targeted product improvements and better product releases.
