WOVEN is a data driven, researched based, non-evaluative teacher feedback program adapted from New Zealand for K-12 schools in the United States with the goal of effectively supporting the academic success of students of color. This feedback program allows teachers to reflect on their own racial backgrounds, the impact of racial stereotypes on their and their students' world-views, patterns of engagement of students of color, as well as patterns of instructional moves so that they will become empowered to grow in their teaching and learning.

- Provided cognitive coaching strategy training to other administrators to increase their effectiveness in building teachers’ abilities and effectiveness- Worked with a struggling grade level cluster on teaming strategies to build trust, embrace conflict as a means for growth, develop commitment, and encourage team accountability to improve team efficacy - Collaborated with the ELA program director and the special education teacher to increase use of Universal Design for Learning curriculum and techniques in all classrooms, specifically focusing on providing options for executive functioning and self-regulation, increasing differentiation in literacy classrooms- Expanded use of Instructional Rounds to measure, analyze and develop strategies for increasing the use of higher order thinking skills and used this data to create professional development
