having spent over a decade in residential estate agency, there isn't a lot I havent come across in terms of both problem solving and giving exceptional customer service.the one thing learned above all else is that that industry is all about people, not houses. If the price is right and the property is presented correctly, the home will sell itself. my job was to deal with the people on both sides and mediate a smooth, happy and speedy transaction. everybody has different circumstances and these need to be catered to in order to do the job correctly.a lot of the people skills I learned are transferable across a range of industries.
