Having been in customer service since 18 years old (served on the counter during my time as a qualified butcher) my customers experience with me is always in the forefront of my mind. With a vast amount of time as an account manager at 2 companies, I have honed my own style of relationship building, which I call 'board room to bush'. I was account manager of the year 2021 at Vertex Lubricants, bringing on a company record amount of growth, which included growing an existing portfolio, as well as a large amount of new business. I was also account manager of the year 2022 with a substantial increase on the previous year in both litres and GP dollars. 2023 figures saw me take out 2nd place, narrowly missing out on first.Having a back round in manual labour and operations, I also have a huge understanding of how the real world works, which means I am able to give my customers realistic information when it comes to their needs.
