With over 20 years of experience in the water industry, I am a seasoned leader and project manager who specializes in water supply well and pump projects for municipal and industrial clients. As the Operations and Division Manager at Peerless Well and Pump, a branch of Midwest Well Services, I oversee the business development, client service, and project delivery for the Iowa and Wisconsin markets. I have successfully completed multiple projects involving well and pump maintenance, well rehabilitation, and well drilling, exceeding client expectations and ensuring regulatory compliance.In addition to my professional role, I am also passionate about serving the global community through water and sanitation projects. I am the founder and director of Project Agua, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides clean drinking water and basic wastewater solutions to impoverished communities in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. I have travelled to and led several water and sanitation projects in these countries, improving the health and quality of life of thousands of people.
