- Gérer et superviser toutes les activités opérationnelles dans la Repair Room (environ mille-cincent dossier/semaine créer par environ quarantaine de techniciens)- Gérer la « procédure de réparation » : identifier, hiérarchiser et organiser toutes les réparations.Tenir les clients informés du statut de leurs réparations afin de réduire le plus possible l’impact négatif des réparations qui se prolongent.- Gérer le processus de retrait et la facturation de toutes les réparations terminées.- Traiter les réparations au dépôt reçues et gérer les documents administratifs et financier.Collaborer avec l’équipe Operations pour gérer et effectuer le suivi du stock de pièces pour les réparations. Connaître les niveaux de stock et commander les consommables de remplacement.Rester attentif aux problèmes de prévention des pertes ; utiliser des garde-fous basés sur les procédures et les rapports.
