I am the service manager for CS Wind of America Inc. In charge of 182 units including AHU, RTU, MAU, EF, Chilled Water, heated water technologies, using various BAS, BMS, BACS, EMS, BEMS platforms to connect with each unit and program it accordingly to.the building temps. This facility is currently approx 1,000,000sq feet and within 2 years will be expanding another 1,000,000sq ft.

After many years in the electrical, construction and HVAC fields, I decided to venture out on my own and start this company. I service every piece of equipment in a commercial kitchen including: Walk in Coolers/Freezers, Reach-in Coolers/Freezers, display cases, fryers, grills, ovens, dishwashers, toasters, warmers, steamers, kettles, etc. In addition I perform services on all Air conditioning units, AHU and RTU heating units, exhaust fans, MAU,etc., Heat Pumps, Chilled Water Systems and Cooling Tower Technologies, steam systems, ammonia circuits,

including the usual HVAC service tech responsibilities such as AHU, RTU, MAU's Chillers, walkin coolers and freezers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Steamers, etc., BAS, BMS, across Crane, Lennox BACS, EMS, BEMS communication my responsibilities included the servicing commercial restaurant equipment on both Hot and Cold sides. My experience has tremendously grown exponentially in the areas of Hot-Side service with the cooking equipment. I serviced all brands of cooking equipment to include: Vulcan, Blodgett, Imperial, Frymaster, Dean, Pitco, Alto-Shaam, Jade-Range, etc.
