  Basic military and trades training; skills were continuous over the years, required to follow instructions, guidelines and passall requirement qualifications. As a vehicle Technician my role includes, Customer Relations, Report Generation,Training & Mentoring, Cross-Functional Leadership and support a variety of units and tasking. In successfully completingmy trade qualifications, lead me to my current rank as Sergeant. This position requires me to manage, supervise, liaisonand communicate with a variety of personnel units and companies, as well as complete all reporting and investigations forrecurring equipment faults.As a Sergeant, current responsibility for the entire operations of a vehicle maintenance facility maintaining a fleet of 50 to200+ vehicles, trailers and various ancillary devices (generators, heaters, roads and ground equipment). Direct, schedule,support and evaluate a workforce of 7 technicians comprised of trades from Vehicle, Weapons and Material, as well as 2government civilian employees.
