Duke Central Tower Project $250 Million 480,000SF-Works closely with subcontractors, design team, and owner on a daily basis to insure the project is meeting schedule milestones while driving quality. -Member of Skanska’s SLT (Senior Safety Leadership Team) and PSLT (Project Safety Leadership Team).-A leader of Skanska’s injury-free environment safety program.Supervised the successful completion of:-Mass Excavation-Shoring System (Around/Near Existing Utilities)-Structural and Miscellaneous Steel-Concrete Package (SOMD, SOG)-Setup and Dismantle of Two Tower CranesOngoing Responsibilities include:-Install of 11 Traction Elevators-Site Utilities and Upgrade of Existing Systems -Site Logistics and Coordination with Multiple Projects on Duke Campus

- Responsible for the overall management of projects including budget, schedule, subcontractor contracts, scopes of work, client satisfaction, and overall profitability of the project. Projects range in size up to a half a million dollars.- Office and site/field experience as both a project manager and as a superintendent.- Identify and prepare change orders for clients to meet their change order policy and format.- Create and maintain logs to track key aspects of project administration such as RFI, submittals, change orders and unit installation progress.- Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports.- Responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant job site is maintained at all times.- Represent the company in project meetings with; clients, subcontractors, architects, and state and local inspectors.- Responsible for coordination with project partners including vendors and subcontractors to meet the needs of our clients.- Key clients included; Wal-Mart, Lend Lease, 7-11, Circle K, Kroger’s, Applebee’s, Morven Park, Sunrise Assisted Living, Scott Long Construction.
