Established and managed the company’s first graphic and print production department, a team of two designers and four production staff. This included designing and printing all packages, labels, collateral and POS; and printing and branding vehicles. Developed and coordinated promotional programs, this included Ploy Foods first major community outreach, where I took the company’s iconic product character and used that to brand the campaign.

Provided overall management for production staff, this includes three technicians and one administrator. Recruited, trained and supervised all pre-press personnel. Supervised and coordinated all system upgrades and servicing. Through the client relationship management protocol I established, I was able to expand the company’s product offerings to include graphic design. With that we designed CD jacks and labels, product packages and labels, annual reports, etc.
