Patrick J. Healey is a partner at Rebar Kelly. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, civil litigation area, having handled cases of medical malpractice, automobile and premises liability, municipal liability, civil rights, products liability, employment litigation, insurance coverage, ERISA, and employment law. Patrick has conducted cases from initial pleading to discovery phases, through trial and appeal. He has tried hundreds of arbitrations, dozens of cases to verdict as sole trial counsel, and has acted as co-counsel at trial on approximately 50 additional cases. Patrick has authored numerous appellate briefs and has also argued before the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts, the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court; and the Second and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also practiced before the EEOC and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. He is admitted to practice before all of the state and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania, New York; and New Jersey. Responsible for caseload of between 65 and 85 cases in the area of automobile liability and premises liability, with various exposure ranges, from initial pleading stages through trial and appeal; over 25 cases tried to verdict. Presented seminars to claims office on a variety of legal topics.

Field Litigation Office (FLO) for CIGNA Companies and ACE USA, representing the companies, their insureds, and self-insureds. Litigated individual caseload of between 75 and 110 cases with various exposure ranges. Assisted senior litigation counsel in discovery and trial preparation of complex litigation cases. Authored and/or argued dozens of appellate briefs before Superior Court, Commonwealth Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
