Since I started training the standards mentioned above we as a department were award 98.2% in LQA.Assistant Restaurant Manager at the famous Le Manior Aux Quat’Saisons 2 Michelin* restaurant which holds the record of retaining 2* for the longest time over 35 years. At Le Manoir we are famously known for our restaurant where our menu is developed around the seasons of the year and our ingredients come from our gardens.
