Leads the Front Office at a cutting-edge new boutique hotel in the heart of Downtown Denver.- Guides a team of eight hospitality professionals with a common goal of driving high guest experience within a performance culture.- Monitors guest reviews and feedback across various platforms such as Hyatt's internal review platform HySat, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and Booking.com to seek and reinforce positive habits amongst my team members and train where there is needed improvement- Evaluates existing standard operating procedures (SOP's) as they are being played out by my team to uncover areas of opportunity, in addition to implementing new SOP's to improve the efficiency of the Front Desk operation- Acts as the liaison between the Front Office and the Sales team to ensure that group contracts are rolled out correctly to maintain client relations- Primary point of contact for guest recoveries, and responsible for converting said recoveries into memorable experiences

During this eight week internship, I initiated contact and qualified prospective clients on behalf of Cain’s leadership and account owners Utilizing client database platforms such as ZoomInfo Sales OS, HubSpot, and LinkedIn I researched company contacts who directly affect the decision making process for travel, and performed outreach to confirm and connect them with our Business Development team. In addition, I assisted with drafting business case and ROI statements that were presented to the targeted potential clients during early stage sales meetings.

As the PR Director for the CU-Boulder Chapter, I identify and enlist ideal successful business leaders to present their career and personal journeys to our brotherhood. This includes communicating with chapter alumni as well as seasoned business leaders who provide beneficial insights and career advice to the AKPsi brothers. I also coordinate the planning of AKPsi brotherhood events and the marketing of the AKPsi organization as a whole with the fraternity's Board of Executives.

At the Embassy Suites/Hilton Garden Inn Complex in Boulder, I serve as Manager on Duty overnight, managing front desk operations for our combined 350 rooms, welcoming late arriving guests to our beautiful properties. In addition, I close the financials for the previous day including F&B, banquets, and rooms revenues, along with tax exemptions to ensure the books are balanced prior to being pushed to our centralized corporate accounting team.

As a GEL, I was the first and last touch point for our most valued VIP guests at the world renowned Hotel Del Coronado. Our team was charged with providing best in class luxury service to these VIPs. inlcuding a variety of tasks ranging from service recovery, special curated events, and also supporting the front desk team as needed. I served as the hotel's primary point of contact for high profile VIP guests, which included A-list celebrities attending Comic-Con as well as executives from Fortune 500 companies such as Nike and Blackstone.

For the American Hockey League's San Diego Gulls I served as game night locker room assistant supporting the equipment managers, trainers, and coaching staff needs prior to, during, and post of all home games.
