-Responsible for analyzing program financials and providing guidance for financial planning and risk management. -Responsible for development and maintenance of project EAC's, as well as customer and internal financial reporting.-Responsible for regular audit of timesheets, purchase requisitions, and expense reports.-Responsible for monthly cost and revenue recognition and reconciliation.-Analyze risk and opportunity with program management and corporate leadership regarding milestones, schedule, cost and quality.

• Responsible for handling all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. • Regularly process payroll and maintain and update all HR records for over 70 faculty and staff.• Prepare a wide range of financial reports and analysis on a monthly and ad-hoc basis including, but not limited to Forecasting, Cash Flow, Income Statement, etc. for the Head of School and Board of Trustees.• Work with the Head of School and staff to create and refine the annual budget.

-Work with project managers to provide accurate forecasts for a project with over 70 employees. -Analyze profit and loss on a monthly basis-Work with multiple vendors to ensure fast and accurate payments are made for products and services rendered.
