My role is to operate the Foundations Helping Today, Urgent Grant and Wishbook programs and measure the impact of these and other ECF initiatives that effect the overall heath of the Erie community. These programs assist non-profit organizations with essential financial and strategic support relative to sustainability, growth and best practice programming.

While at CSS I handled all grant-making activities and revenue development initiatives (New revenue generated: 1.4 million). I supervised all fiscal management activities relative to programs and day to day operations. I oversaw all management staff and direct service personnel related to emergency and housing programs provided by CSS. I redesigned this organizations service delivery and fiscal reimbursement models for signature programs and was in charge of new program development, implementation and outcomes management planning and implementation.

Developed the model for transitioning 46 direct service workers and 900 consumers from Intensive Case Management/Resource Coordination service model to the blended TCM modelImplemented changes in the CMSS Code of Ethics and trained entire MH/MR direct service, MIS/IT, support and administrative staff on changes Supervised six direct care staff providing case management to 250 adult consumers and provided Resource Coordination services to small caseload of adults with serious mental illness
