Account Manager
Current- Account Manager that is responsible for the Semiconductor and Industrial vertical. My role as a strategic partner is centered around fostering growth and relationships.
- Managing a total account base of over 10 million in revenue across multiple OEM customers
- Utilizing cross-functional communication with our customer experience group, purchasing, engineering and operations to maintain growth
- Working with my customers to on-board new projects that are critical to their growth and success overall
- Consistently using time management and prioritization to manage customer expectations and increase revenue
- Conduct quarterly business review with my accounts to drive customer engagement, review key performance metrics and discuss new opportunities
