Patrick has spent over 30 years in architecture and the construction industry. Coming from a technical background and having studied architecture at Liverpool, he has worked on a variety of projects. His particular skills lie in coordinating and managing the design and construction process for domestic through to large scale complex projects. Patrick maintains a hands-on approach to all projects and is skilled in dealing with all members of the design and construction teams. He balances the need to maintain quality with the constraints of budget and programme. Patrick takes an overview on various projects, providing technical, contractual and management advice. He has helped to develop and implement a system lead approach to quality management and delivery of projects.
