• Built from the ground up developing the games, finding sponsors, arranging the funding, organizing the paid and volunteer staff, securing the location, and getting university approval and permits.• Helped raise money for The Nickerson Gardens Sage Center in Watts in Los Angeles and organized a week of service for them with the all the LMU Fraternities and Sororities.• Several hundred students participated in the first year, racing 9-foot inflatable boats in the LMU pool in a fun relay race• Found sponsors, such as Tower Pizza, O’Neill, and Monster Energy Drinks• Promotion/Marketing: utilized Facebook, made announcements at many organization meetings, published flyers throughout campus, helped design and sell shirts, reserved tables to promote during peak hours of student traffic on campus, and utilized guerilla marketing tactics to generate interest.

In charge of brotherhood and judicial affairs. Created and implemented a unique brotherhood tool called Beta Bucket Lists. Brothers created bucket lists of everything they wanted to do before they graduated; those with similar items experienced those things together, strengthening bonds and creating fun memories.
