About Patrick Hingst

I have my bachelor's in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University ('05). I have worked in restaurants since I was 16 doing every job imaginable. Started on the Grill at McDonald's, and have been managing since 2004 and an owner since 2009.I specialize in developing and empowering people and inspiring them to achieve and help me in my mission to change the world for the better.We opened M.C.WICHES ('wiches) in December 2009 in Downtown Oxford. Woodchips BBQ followed in Downtown Lapeer in 2014. I founded PB&J Hospitality Management and Consulting in 2015. We opened a second M.C.WICHES in downtown Ferndale in 2017. We opened Kookys N Cream in down town Lapeer in August of 2019. We are scheduled to begin expansion of Woodchips in 2020.

We offer beer flights and Whisky flights with our almost 50 different Whiskys and Bourbons. We currently have 72 seats indoor with another 20 on the patio in the summer. We have just completed a purchase of the building next door and hope to be able to expand in 2017.We also offer full service catering, including onsite alcohol service. Perfect for Weddings, Family Reunions, Work Parties, and More!
