Job Description: Manage the work force to ensure production deadlines are met. Ensure all machines are correctly set to specifications and functioning properly. Adjust foam formulas and troubleshoot any variable defects (chemical or mechanical) until the product being manufactured is of ideal quality. Train new employees in the production processes. Record all production progress from quantities of raw materials used to final products ready for shipping. To ensure top quality production at all times while adhering to the "Lean manufacturing" principles, Sigma 6, and OSHA regulation.History: A company specializing in mass product of specialty plastics with it main source ofrevenue derived from high end packing foam.
