Responsible for maintenance to the grounds, approximately 13.5 acres. Ensured the grounds were maintained in appearance for students, guests and employees. Did maintenance on 3 buildings, approximately 42,000 square foot. Installed carpet tiles, helped install ceramic tiles, base board, painted walls, textured walls before painting, minor electrical work, minor plumbing work, replaced faucets, repaired plumbing fixtures, installed door knobs and locks, installed doors, cleaned ceramic floors, cleaned carpets, stripped and cleaned floors, and procurred all items necessary to ensure job was completed. Ensured septic systems were in compliance with state and federal educational standards. Repaired all vehicles, except the bus, did oil changes as required.
