- Role's responsibility will be a mix of product management, business development, sales& marketing and key accounts management. Key tasks include:-- Provides HVAC business sales and strategy planning for local region Business Units (BU) that is in-line with Rotork corporate sales strategy.- Facilitate sales growth of Rotork HVAC business in responsible regions.- Develop new business opportunities for Rotork Products in various HVAC application and other critical areas industries. (tunnels/marine shipyards/power plants/oil & gas offshore and onshore plants)- Facilitate and support local region sales team in integrating full range of Rotork product portfolios in various HVAC applications. (electric/pneumatic actuators with necessary instrumentations)- Perform market research on selective region's requirements and transfer market needs into product feedback specifications for product development teams. - Champions Rotork Schischek explosion proof actuators range in the responsible regions.- Develop training plans to equip local BU's sales team with required technical know-how to better perform in growing Rotork HVAC sales in their region. - Maintain good relationship with key accounts in responsible regions and coordinate communications between key accounts and management teams.

Primarily involved in Product Management with a business-strategic-oriented role that focused on (but not limited to) the following:- ‣ Identify opportunities and understands market needs‣ Develop market-based product strategies‣ Develop new and maintain current customers relationships‣ Bridges Every Department That Touches Product‣ Launch new products into the market‣ Oversee products already in the market‣ Wind down products that longer meet market needs‣ Champions the product responsible, internally and externally
