• Beginning of 2012 I took over the full responsibly of the Service Manager role for the Electronic Data Capture system, supporting nearly 5000 sites participating in clinical trials all around the world

• Budget input based on business forecasts for the clinical trials
• Backup role for the primary delivery service manager for the Electronic Data Capture environment.

• Provide application management and support, ensuring operational stability and effectiveness of the Electronic Data Capture validated environment.
• Development of procedures (standard Operating Procedures and Technical Operating Procedures) to support IT processes and Service Level Agreement specifications, incident and change management.

• Development of MS-ACCESS applications for various PD customers
• Training and support for the customers

Strasbourg – France

• Responsible for the IT infrastructure of the warehouse (hardware, software and network) in a validated environment.
• Close collaboration with the customer (Roche) for the interfacing of the systems
• Software testing, release and deployment.
• Interaction with the software vendor of the warehouse management system.
• Customer support (80 users), IT devices management, support and maintenance

Freiburg – Germany

• Responsible for the local IT, connected with the central IT systems in Paris and the supermarkets in Germany
• New software deployment

Mertzwiller - France

• Responsible for the development of the usage of personal computing, Office applications and scaling up the networking in the office environment.
• Management of the entire PC environment, including infrastructure, resources, budget, vendor management, orders, licenses, customer support (130 users)

Strasbourg - France

• Setup, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software on PC systems.
• Training and support to customers.
