• Acted as an onsite coordinator for material and supply deliveries required to complete the earthworks on a rail extension. Ensured that the construction crew had timely access to all required materials while also minimizing costs by planning material requirements prior to work.• Created technical documentation related to field concerns such as RFI’s and Submittals. resulting in a fast and efficient exchange of information between the Contractor, Consultant and Owner.• Built daily Force Accounts through the utilization of machine and crew hours as well as daily material usage. Coordinated with the Project Manager to take the daily force accounts and build monthly invoices; resulting in accurate and timely submission of the invoices.

Worked within the Community Development group of Stantec on the design and inspection of numerous subdivisions in Calgary and the surrounding area. Design Responsibilities Included* Creation of Building Grade Plans in which work was done to optimize site grades to ensure client received the highest possible number of high value lot types* Generation of a Noise Study report; using TNM 2.5 software the required noise attenuation fence height was modeled to confirm that noise levels experienced by homeowners would not exceed specifications * The completion of consistency reviews on engineering drawings; errors and emissions were fixed prior to drawing release for construction Field Responsibilities Included* In-progress and completed construction sites were Inspected weekly to check for potential sediment emissions as well as the quality of in-place controls; Made site recommendations if faults were noticed* Working with the contractor, the city and the developer on inspections of completed asphalt/concrete works* Working with the contractor on damage cost estimates for curb and sidewalk repairs
