- Respond, Investigate, and Resolve high priority P1 and P2 incidents. - Switching and routing troubleshooting on Cisco, and Juniper switches and routers. - Working with Firewalls including Cisco ASAs, Juniper SRX, Fortinets. This includes upgrading devices.- Manage, update, and resolve tickets within team queue.- Work on multiple projects with other teams often requiring co-ordination and organisation.- Organising the decommissioning of multiple customer sites.- Carry out root cause analysis' of high priority incidents leading to a plan of action and future proofing.- Overnight, and Week-end on call for high priority incidents.

- Monitoring network devices via tools such as Spectrum and acting accordingly to any alerts, ensuring procedures are followed. - Investigate tickets in SNOW, SDM, or USD 6, then update, resolve, and escalate tickets to be further investigated by 2LS or other appropriate teams. Ensuring the SLA is not breached by following the correct Atos processes and procedures.- Liaise and log faults with 3rd Parties such as BT, Vodafone, etc. Chase appropriately for updates or escalate depending on the priority or urgency of the incident.- Taking telephone calls into the Network operation Centre, and monitoring emails to the group inbox- Contacting users for further information, or to update them.
