As the Lacey Transportation Manager, Patrick's role is to provide management and mentorship to the SCJ Alliance's Lacey Transportation Design Group. He is passionate about building community and communities and runs the team with a collaborative spirit with a bent on mentorship and employee development.As Transportation Business Group Leader, Patrick coordinates with the Transportation teams across the various SCJ Alliance offices to implement SCJ's strategic plan and to ensure consistency and high quality as well as to implement an engaging team and culture of belonging.

Educated indigenous communities to develop effective and economical methods of construction, operation, maintenance, and management of potable water and sanitation resources, such as pit latrines, compost latrines and rural aqueducts.
