Director Of Infrastructure
Current· Responsible for oversight of IT Operations, Information Security, IT Systems Administration, andInfrastructure Architecture:o Works with CIO to develop, analyze, and review annual technology budgeto Management of Service Desk Manager, Information Security Manager, and Manager ofIT Infrastructureo Management of Database Administrators, Infrastructure Project Managers, andInfrastructure Developerso Management of vendors, contracts, and services related to all IT operationso Mentorship and professional development of Infrastructure Leadership· Acts as a liaison and trusted partner to the business on IT infrastructure topics and concerns.· Develops teams in anticipation of business needs.· Works with the Information Security team to develop solutions that balance security andcompliance needs with operational goals.· Works with Infrastructure Architects to implement new technologies and strategies for futurebusiness investments.· Works with Infrastructure Administrators to guarantee the reliability and responsiveness ofbusiness-critical systems and services.· Works with Service Desk leadership to ensure a high standard of support for Terraconemployee-owners.· Works with Information Security Manager to develop, manage, and review policies andprocedures for organizational compliance with cybersecurity standards.· Monitors day-to-day activities of IT operations. Implements changes to improve the overalleffectiveness of the IT team.· Coordinates with Mergers and Acquisitions to align IT infrastructure resources with M&Aactivities.o Acts as a trusted advisor on acquisition integration activities.· Advocates for Information Technology across Terracon business units and CorporateDepartments.
