He led the integration and expansion of the company's portfolio, which included Cordis and the patient recovery businesses acquired from Medtronic.Previously, Holt held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Allergan Inc., including vice president and regional managing director of Asia, focused in therapeutic areas such as medical aesthetics, ophthalmology, neurology, and urology. Prior, he served as vice president and managing director for key markets including Greater China, Japan, and South Korea. Before joining Allergan Inc., Holt spent over a decade at Merck & Co Inc. [known as MSD outside North America], where he held a series of leadership positions in Australia, South Korea, and Indonesia, across numerous therapeutic areas in biopharmaceuticals and vaccines.
