Led an 80 person military and civilian team that developed, implements and managed the Department of the Navy's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Engaging with 173 countries, his team maintained over 3700 open FMS cases with a value in excess of over $75B and generated an average of $6B in new business on an annual basis. Coordinated activities with security assistance teams, program offices, military services, defense agencies and customer nations to identify requirements and provide solutions to our partner needs around the globe through the use of FMS.

Responsible for providing Security Assistance to twelve countries in the Central Command Region. Managed a Foreign Military Sales portfolio in excess of 800 cases and $10 Billion Dollars.

Led, managed, and directed a staff of 15 military, government civilians, and contractors. Managed a broad portfolio of programs with over $26B in funding across the Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP), including DDG 1000, DDG 51 new construction, DDG 51 Flight III, and the Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR). Worked extensively with NAVSEA, PEO SHIPS, PEO IWS, PMS 400D and PMS 500. Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) requirements generation and management expert.• Led requirements development for the next generation destroyer, DDG 51 Flight III, balancing technical requirements, program management, ship construction, and resource sponsorship issues. Produced Capability Development Document (CDD) for the Joint Staff approval process. • Developed a strategy and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Warfighting Capability Plan, leading to full funding for all four Destroyers Branch Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs).

Led a crew of over 200 personnel and managed an annual budget close to $1M. Responsible for every facet of performance including personnel management, maintenance and operations of the ship. Led the ship through an intense counter-narco terrorism deployment in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific. Interdicted over 20MT of contraband on the high-seas and prevented these illegal drugs from the entering the US.
