Consulting current and new customers to get more reliable and reproducible information from a single sample using Luminex technology and appropriate kits. Giving insights about the possibilities via seminars and meetings to show how to improve your research. I am responsible for Bavaria, Austria and Switzerland.

I work as a technical sales consultant. Because of my background in support I can give customers an overview of modern western blot solutions as well as technical support and consulting.I help my customers to get the best and reliable western blot results, as well as the possibility of numerous other applications with near-infrared detection.We offer the most efficient way to get good results quickly and accepted by all journals.I build with my customers not only a sales/customer relationship but a scientific collaboration.

I am working in the field, similar to a filed application specialist. My duties are the support of existing customers and helping them with troubleshooting and establishment of various applications. I give seminars and trainings to keep current customers updated. I organize demonstrations and presenting our instruments on customers site. The support of the sales team in the field as well as presenting the companie on serveral vendor and trade shows is the last part of my routine work.
