Monthly analysis and accurate reporting to the Board of Directors and Leadership Team of operating results versus the operating plan. Accurate monthly cash flow analysis and reporting of variances from plan. Analyzing the company's financial risk and developing plans to mitigating that risk. Ensuring the company complies with local, provincial / state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings for each legal jurisdiction the company operates in. Coordinating the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit. Ensuring corporate standards, policies, processes, and methodologies are adhered to. Managing resources by setting clear expectations, creating accountability, and enhancing collaboration to meet or exceed KPIs. Providing guidance in hiring of new employees, retention, regular performance reviews, and discipline if required.
