1. Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity. 2. Directs and manages all schedules, and purchase orders for the client account or the product family. 3. Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and at the right cost. 4. Purchase machinery, equipment, tools, raw material, packaging materials, parts, services, and/or supplies necessary for operation of an organization5. Compile and analyze statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives6. Compile information to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes7. May negotiate with suppliers and analyze suppliers’ operations to determine factors that affect prices and determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.8. Review proposals, negotiate prices, select or recommend suppliers, analyze trends, follow up on orders placed, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records9. May prepare request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.10. May perform delivery assurance responsibilities.11. Recommend, implement, and monitor, continual improvement/quality initiatives, policies, and processes to achieve quality and profitability goals.

1. Be accountable for timely flow of construction materials, equipment and tools (hereinafter : material) at the site, consistency and compliance with  instructions, necessary to meet construction schedules.2. Receive all materials at the site with checking the conditions (quantity, quality and damage) of them using computerized system provided by employer.3. Store delivered materials to each designated area or places. 4. Supervise proper storage and maintenance of materials. 5. Distribute materials to each section and subcontractors.6. Maintain necessary documentation of material receiving status at the site using computerized system provided by Employer.7. Supervise periodical inventory check of stored materials.8. Keep close communication with Shipping Coordinator and Transportation Supervisor in order to perform smooth material control work.9. Supervise his subordinates to efficiently perform their duties entrusted respectively in accordance with the procedures and methods approved.10. Perform, other than all the above, whatever duties instructed by the Chief Material Controller in respect of the material control work.11. Preparation of OSD (offspec, overage, shortage and damage) report and other report required.12. Maintenance and operation of the computerized material control system provided by Employer.13. Ensure housekeeping in work areas / storage areas.

- Enforcing global KPIs for suppliers and conducting regular monitoring- Spearheading global projects with suppliers and establishing annual objectives with quarterly follow-up- Facilitating seasonal price negotiations between suppliers and internal buyers to attain mutually beneficial agreements- Overseeing orders, capacity, and production schedules with suppliers to ensure punctual delivery- Conducting supply chain assessments for suppliers to optimize efficiency in meeting central team requirements- Directing major Quality Control Analysis (QCA) processes and negotiating compensation amounts with suppliers to align with central team expectations- Leading product promotion initiatives to enhance suppliers' visibility and reputation within the internal supplier panel

- Managing key accounts such as Bridgestone Group and Continental Group- Conducting yearly price formula negotiations and quarterly adjustments based on raw material trends- Negotiating yearly allocation volume and new site potential orders volume with customers- Leading new project development between internal RD teams and customers, ensuring project process and converting into solid orders- Monitoring orders, capacity, and production schedules between the factory and customers to ensure timely delivery-Leading major QCA processes and negotiating compensation amounts with customers to align with company expections- Conducting quarterly customer visits to foster relationships, oversee ongoing projects, and address existing supply chain topics

- Developing potential customers in the market to increase company revenue- Facilitating cross-department communication to address customers' evolving shipping requirements- Negotiating price and payment terms with customers in collaboration with the finance team- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure consistent shipping requirements fulfillment, while also liaising with shipping lines to secure vessel space and manage emergency needs- Assisting team members in communicating with the management team to address special requests from potential customers and secure new shipping orders
