Patrick Hugunin is currently the Regional Manager of the North-Central Wisconsin for the Knight Barry Title Group, the largest title agency in Wisconsin. Pat brings over 25 years of title and real estate experience to North-Central Wisconsin. Specializing in title insurance and real estate closing, he has vast experience in all areas of the real estate and mortgage lending world. Patrick is a 1995 Graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting, with a minor in the Legal Environment of Business. After graduation, Pat joined the staff of Title Associates, Inc., a Maryland based title agency, where he gained the basis of his knowledge and expertise in title insurance, real estate closing, and customer service. In 2002, he moved to Antigo, Wisconsin, where he accepted the branch manager position for Guaranty Title Services' Merrill Office. In his time there, his knowledge, expertise, and "get-it-done" attitude helped him develop a strong and loyal customer base in numerous markets in the northwoods.Now he is tasked with helping Knight Barry Title expand it's already extensive footprint into the North-Central Region of Wisconsin. He is currently managing offices for Knight Barry in Minocqua, Merrill, Wausau, Marshfield, Rhinelander and Stevens Point, covering 11 counties in North-Central Wisconsin.
