Regional Sales Director
CurrentPioneering the future of biologic medical solutions as an industry-leading biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of placental tissue and musculoskeletal-based implants. (Transitioning from white label to direct-to-consumer.)Reporting directly to the AVP, Western, this leadership role oversees a team of five Advanced Biologic Consultants across six states (Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Utah). The position requires hiring, developing, and managing this team while collaborating closely with channel partners, including PacWest, Elite Biologics, and SVP Medical, to drive revenue growth in the Pacific Northwest. Primary focus is targeting hospital systems, ambulatory surgical centers, and office-based practices in podiatry, dermatology, plastics, and mobile care. Emphasis on strategic client acquisition, cost reduction, and standardization across healthcare systems. Highlights include:- On target for achieving $MM revenue in 2025 through strategic client acquisition and contract negotiations with major healthcare systems, including PeaceHealth, St. Luke's Health System (Boise, ID), and SCA (200 ambulatory centers).- Collaborating with leading channel partners (i.e., PacWest, Elite Biologics, SVP Medical) to expand regional reach and align sales efforts with organizational goals.- Successfully hired and developed a high-performing sales team of 5 Advanced Biologic Consultants, driving results across a six-state territory.
