Responsible for presenting athlete viewpoint in discussion of all matters and supporting initiatives that increase opportunities for athletes, at Board of Directors meetings, as well as committee meetings. Served as member of Technical Planning Committee, which oversees the operational and competitive aspect of the sport in the state of Minnesota. Currently serve on Nominating Committee, working to recruit and develop the next generation of Board of Directors leaders for Minnesota Swimming.

Review and analyze all proposed legislation items and recommend approval, rejection, or no recommendation of each item to the general voting membership of the USA Swimming House of Delegates. Collaborate with colleagues on committee to propose new legislation items that will increase athlete representation in the sport.
