I run a data analytics platform built specifically for broadband and fiber infrastructure projects. After spending most of my career on these deployments with a programmer's eye, a constant theme is the gap between tracking data and communicating progress to stakeholders and designing a connected network using CAD or GIS tools.Our software is able to scrape and warehouse data from various sources, and visualize key aspects of the build along with network connectivity and geographic areas. Whether you want to track footage built, subscribers, homes passed, work-in-progress, revenue, or any other key metric - the goal is to be able to do this in an intelligent customizable platform instead of a spreadsheet.Outside of BBI, I try to stay up to date with open source tools, data science, machine learning and object recognition, and other emerging technologies so they can be applied to the telecom industry.
