TMG was established by two industry professionals who had previously worked in leadership positions for some of the most prominent construction organizations in the New York metropolitan area.The firm's owners, Jerry Martin and Patrick Hynes, have over 50 years combined construction management experience, having completed a wide array of projects ranging from single family luxury residential dwellings to mission critical telecommunication facilities.TMG offers a full array of construction services including estimating, purchasing, consulting, and general contracting. Client satisfaction is the measure of success on which TMG has built its reputation. TMG understands and addresses the nuances of building in single and multi-tenant facilities.
