As a member of the Customer Support organization, i am resolving after-sales customer inquiries via phone and electronic means. My focus is to be a front line customer contact point and provide first level customer support including problem resolution using my specific knowledge in different sectors. I am trying to provide guidance and real time resolution on a wide range of technical and non-technical customer issues.

Handling customer requests and complaints via chatter or E-Mail. Explain the product and ensure the satisfaction of the customers was my daily goal.
