Provide leadership for the Site Reliability Center with a focus on Network and Voice Operations, managing teams ranging in size from 12 to 26 resources tasked with the stewardship of the production enterprise network and voice infrastructure. Responsibilities include the support of all enterprise connectivity from network endpoints in 3,000 office locations and 4,500 unmanned sites to the data center. Formerly managed a staff of engineers to engage the business, gather requirements, and develop holistic network and voice infrastructure solutions; calculating and tracking solution TCO and identifying opportunities for cost optimization; and partnering with infrastructure architecture associates to ensure technology currency and agility to support the needs of the business.

Responsible for analysis and multiyear planning of network asset lifecycle and capacity, documentation and reengineering of enterprise networking process, and facilitation of cross-team design review and communications. Currently lead two multidiscipline process improvement work teams dedicated to process improvement of full cradle to grave lifecycle of network assets and network alert instrumentation.

Worked in a fully outsourced IT organization to manage all aspects of IT network infrastructure operations, including design, implementation, and retirement of network assets. Provided supervisory leadership over the help desk and network administration roles.
