Hanson PLC rebranded their materials business in the United States under the name of Hanson Aggregates. The San Francisco Bay Area Division which was named Kaiser Cement Corp. and Kaiser Sand and Gravel Co. was renamed Hanson Aggregates Mid-Pacific, Inc.Along with this change, in addition to my previous duties with Kaiser, I took on additional responsibilities which included the following:Acting Laboratory Manager for the cement and concrete laboratory at the Permanente Cement Plant.Took responsibility for the Quality Control of the marine dredging operations in the San Francisco Bay.Represented the Aggregate, Concrete, and Asphalt Industry at the Caltrans Rock Products Committee
