Financial Director: Since December 2017- Reporting: Preparation of monthly management account (P&L,BS, Forecast)- Provide financial advisory to operations- Communicate financial result to the GM, senior Head of Department and Head Office- Financial Control : Ensure effective internal accounting controls- Key financial controls and procedures operate effectively (Sales, Purchasing, F&B, Stock, Cash & CapEx)- Ensure all local and corporate policies and procedures are in place- Ensure that all hotel assets and financial resources are utilized to maximize hotel profitability - Updating Contract and renegotiation with suppliers- Financial Planning & Analysis : Support the mgt team in producing annual budget-Support the General Manager and the S&M initiatives; such as customer and product profitability- Respond to any ad hoc information requests from the Gal Manager/Head Office- Preparation of year end audit file and liaising with the company's auditors- Accounting : Responsible for accounting records and resolution of day to day finance/accounting .- Treasury and Cash Management : - Responsible for managing the company's cash cycle - sales invoicing, prompt collection of receivables, action on overdue debts, purchase authorization and payment of suppliers. Manage the bank credit line. - Team Management : - Conduct regular performance reviews and set objectives for the team.- Staff team is composed of 11 people to manage. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Internal Auditor: From February 2017 to November 2017- Part of the Corporate Audit Team and assignation since February 2017 AMANJENA Marrakech- Audit review, as Financial situation is critical and control process in place. Put in place financial restructuring, redundancy plan and wages agreement. - Part of the executive team for union meeting - Collect and establish all requirement file to submit to local Authority. - Collaborate with HR of the new medical plan proposal for staff
