Senior enlisted advisor to the Commander of an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Company. Coordinatedand supervised daily mission and administrative support requirements for the company. Supervised three EODresponse platoons providing routine and emergency support to the 10th Mountain Division, Department ofHomeland Security, United States Secret Service (USSS), and other federal, state, and Local Law Enforcement(LE). Ensured training readiness of EOD platoons that respond to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear,and Explosive (CBRNE) hazards across nine states. Enforced standards, discipline, and duty performance withinunit. Responsible for the morale and welfare of 33 Soldiers.

Served as the Division Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Operations manager for the 10th Mountain Division and Fort Drum. Integrated Improvised Explosive Device (IED) focused intelligence collection, targeting, force protection and Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) training and leader development in support of six brigades totaling over 12,000 personnel at Fort Drum, New York.Was the subject matter expert for all EOD/C-IED operations and initiatives for 10th Mountain Division and Fort Drum. Created targeted C-IED Training packages for deploying units. Provided the Division Commander subject matter expertise in integration of EOD support into multi-domain operations. Served as the EOD lead in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during training events and post emergencies.As a member of the protection cell was involved in the planning and threat assessment for major operations being conducted on Fort Drum. Developed multiple training and validation plans for the tenant EOD units. Created an installation SOP for proper utilization and limitations of tenant EOD.

Noncommissioned Officer-in-Charge of Concepts and Experiments for Training and Doctrine Command(TRADOC) Capability Manager-Explosive Ordnance Disposal (TCM-EOD). Produced concepts, identifiedfuture operational capabilities, participated in assessments, and performed analysis. Lead participation in scienceand technology assessments, sponsored live experimentation, used experimental insights and results to developrequirements and capabilities documents, and defended required capabilities.Supervised the linking of the Capabilities Needs Analysis capability gaps to concepts development. Lead and participated in Integrated Capabilities development Teams. Created DOMTLPF working groups in order to find viable solutions to capability gaps. Informed joint and service EOD doctrine development. Reviewed all current and future doctrine for relevant ties to EOD, adding or taking away as necessary.

Directed and supervised Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operations for extreme hazards, Unexploded Ordnance (UXO), and Improvised Explosive Devices (IED). Performed and maintained liaison with Fort Drum supported units and civil and federal law enforcement agencies in seven surrounding states. Assisted in planning, coordination, and execution of unit operations, preparation of operation orders and standing operating procedures. Consolidated, edited and reviewed reports. Coordinated support to the Secret Service (USSS) in the protection of the President and Vice President of the United States and other dignitaries.
