Build 100+ person team of relationship managers expressly aligned to grow a $300B+ volume, $350MM revenue portfolio of 2K Commercial Banking (CB) clients and prospects (i.e. “merchant services only” customers). Integrate and lead 115+ person team of both account and business development executives, newly dedicated in ’18 to deepen the MS partnership with the CB organization -- and Middle Market banking specifically.Drive multi-year budgeting, disciplined pipeline reporting, active at-risk client management, detailed pre-call planning, and, consistent deal positioning -- as the leader/champion for the MS CB “line” organization.

Build and lead numerous VP+ level sales teams and their managers in efforts to grow revenues from middle market and real estate companies, health care providers, state and local public sector clients, and financial institutions. Exceed sales goals in all years while proactively attracting, retaining, and optimizing talent. Partner extensively with product, implementations, operations, finance, service, and international colleagues. Select accomplishments:  - Creating the West Expansion Treasury Services (TS) sales organization following the Washington Mutual acquisition - (6+ year build-out; 25+ new hires in 10 new markets)- Creating a national CB Financial Institutions TS sales vertical- Advising a major product build as senior JPM sales liaison- Delivering 2nd largest ever unemployment insurance card win, and, one of the first major HSA card wins/deployments- Earning Chairman’s Circle across multiple verticals/years- Mentoring and developing a number of key future leaders

Sell holistic treasury capabilities (investments, procurement card, e-commerce, AR/AP outsourcing, etc.) to improve client working capital as their trusted financial advisor. Cover all channels (business banking, middle market, and large corporate/investment banking) with tenure in technology/media/telecom, healthcare, government, and other specialty verticals. Greatly exceed sales goals in all years with recognition via incentives, trips, prizes and Chairman’s Circle designations.

Serve as the finance lead (and systems/marketing liaison) for the Bank’s first secured credit card offering.

Lead 5 person team responsible for company-wide budgeting and forecasting, bank relationship management, and accounting functions of a $200MM direct sales company. Directly participate in the preparation of audited financial statements.
