- Enforce local, state, and federal laws within your jurisdiction, including traffic regulations, criminal codes, and other statutes.- Patrol designated areas to maintain public safety, deter criminal activity, and respond promptly to emergencies and calls for service.- Conduct investigations into criminal activities, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing reports for use in legal proceedings.- Effect arrests of individuals suspected of committing crimes, and processing them through the criminal justice system, including booking and detention procedures.- Respond to emergencies such as accidents, natural disasters, and medical incidents, providing assistance and coordinating with other emergency services as needed.- Build positive relationships with community members through community policing initiatives, outreach programs, and public events.

- Assist in the review and evaluation of research protocols submitted to the IRB, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and institutional policies.- Provide administrative support to IRB staff, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and managing correspondence with researchers, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.- Assist in the interpretation and application of federal regulations, guidelines, and institutional policies.- Serve as a liaison between researchers, study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and IRB members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the protocol review process.- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of protocol reviews and regulatory compliance activities.- Manage data related to protocol submissions, reviews, decisions, and regulatory correspondence, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and security of information.- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on changes in regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to human subjects research and IRB operations.

- Assist in the development and review of clinical trial protocols, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, study objectives, and ethical considerations.- Support the initiation of clinical trials by preparing essential documents, coordinating regulatory submissions, and obtaining necessary approvals from Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) or Ethics Committees.- Assist in the selection and qualification of investigational sites, conducting site initiation visits, and providing ongoing support and training to site staff throughout the duration of the trial.- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, guidelines, and GCP standards throughout the conduct of the trial, including maintenance of TMF and study documentation.- Collaborate with Data Management teams to ensure accurate and timely collection, processing, and analysis of clinical trial data, including resolution of data queries and discrepancies.- Support study close-out activities, including site close-out visits, final data collection, and archiving of study documentation, to ensure completion of the trial in accordance with regulatory and sponsor requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Quality Assurance, to ensure effective coordination and execution of clinical trial activities.- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practice sharing within the Clinical Operations team to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance in clinical trial conduct.
